Prices Include:
Airport pickup and drop off. Welcome greeting and help with
customs, baggage ect. Land transportation for duration of
safari. Use of a fully equipped hunting vehicle for duration of
safari. Full board accommodation including all meals, soft drinks
and daily laundry service.
Local beer and wines in moderation. Services of a licensed
professional hunter, trackers, skinners and camp staff. Field
preparation of trophies. Vehicle transport during hunt.
Prices Exclude:
14%
Value added tax, payable on daily rates only.
International / Domestic or Charter flights. Any accommodation prior
to, or after the safari. Trophy fees of animals when not
taking a package deal. Bow or
firearm hire. Taxidermy - preparation, dipping, packing and
shipping. Gratitude's for Professional hunter and camp staff.
Satellite or cellphone calls.
Bookings:
All bookings will be confirmed on payment of 50% of daily
rate, the balance is payable on day of arrival at Mattaniah Game
Reserve in cash or travelers cheques. For big 5 safaris 50% of daily
rates and trophy fee to be paid on confirmation of booking. |
